Refund policy

All products sold at Mal Bolado Sounds are digital products (sample packs, loops, presets, and audio files). Because this is digital content delivered instantly after purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after the download has been completed.

Exceptions: If you have been incorrectly charged, have not received access to the product after purchase, or the file is corrupted or defective, please contact us at malboladorec@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. We will evaluate each case individually and, if the technical problem is confirmed, we will resend the file or provide a full refund.
